In 1933, a new 8-cylinder Lycoming-powered cab, the Model T, was introduced. It featured full-length running boards, traditional headlights, and unusual circular inserts over its otherwise traditional hood louvers. Our 1933 Checker Model T Taxi Cab model is handmade out of metal. It features many intricate parts such as fenders, wheels, hood, grills, taxi sign, and a signature 1933 license plate. It measures about 14" long by 6" wide and has a scale of 1:8. This Model T is an iconic piece that was placed in the famous Harrahs collection and eventually found its way to the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana.
